Daria doubles as a storyteller and a professional overthinker who loves coming up with new ideas or obsessing over a semicolon for hours on end. She spends her days figuring out exactly what people care about, then writes the words that get their attention.
While she might seem reserved at first, she has a hidden, sharp wit that catches you off guard once you get to know her. Her secret weapon? Coca-Cola. It’s a permanent fixture at her desk and her unofficial muse.
As our Copy Chief, she approaches her role with curiosity, creativity and precision, shaping brand voice, refining messaging, and guiding the process from first draft to final polish.
Ayomide is a lover of words who also moonlights as a tech bro, but without the turtleneck and nerd glasses. He finds so much joy in shaping creative ideas as well as delivering the final output. What he also finds just as fun is being a picky foodie or a photographer who would never be caught taking a picture of himself, an entertaining contradiction.
From punchy ad copy and engaging emails to TV commercials and radio ads, Ayomide turns ideas into words that people want to read, watch and listen to. If he’s not writing or enjoying a meal, you may find him raving about a new tech product or bantering about football.
Helen doesn’t just design, she carefully curates every shadow and stroke to tell a story. She is the one who transforms “make it pop” and “make it bigger” into a visual masterpiece while still maintaining her cool. Crazy briefs with crazier deadlines? Helen provides the ability to take the words and turn them into a magnificent work of art. With her head always buried in her laptop, she is either cooking up new designs or catching up with trends and definitely not scrolling through social media for fun.
Fasiat is our money woman, a role that magically makes her the most popular staff member in the building whenever the month ends.
Known outside the office for producing and directing her own plays, she knows what it’s like to be behind the scenes, where she controls the budget, the payroll, and all other money matters. As Finance Manager, she is the ultimate gatekeeper of the company’s bank account; a role she handles with a mix of razor-sharp logic, a calculated coolness and a sharp eye for detail.
Jessica is a Human Resource Generalist who strives to help people do their best work in the best environment. When she’s not typing away on her laptop or putting out little fires, she’s plotting ways to create the next 5-star level meal.
Her cooking game is as on point as her ability to show genuine care, surprising loyalty, cleverness and smartness in the workplace. She is also a straightforward and ambitious person with a strong moral compass.
They say HR is about “people,” but Adanma knows it’s actually about navigating the delicate art of office intrigue without losing your mind. As Group Head of HR, and with a legal background that makes her a formidable ally, she doesn’t just manage a workforce; she brings a “law and order” sensibility to the world of human resources.
To her, HR is a noble task, although it occasionally feels like being a high-stakes therapist with a law degree. Whether she’s decoding complex labour laws or mediating the latest “he said”, “she said,” Adanma handles it all with a sharp wit and a steady hand.
Briefs hate to see Edith coming. She tackles each one with the precision of a martial artist to ensure that they are delivered urgently and with 100% accuracy. She breaks down the big words, keeps the teams sharp and gets the projects moving. This ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is thanks to her children, who have given her the required practice in turning everyday chaos into results. She slays her role both as a mother and a remarkable business manager.
Kehinde doesn’t just create brand strategies; he builds them from the ground up. He’s the one who takes a messy brief and turns it into a killer brand story that works. When the stakes are high, he steps in with a calm presence and strategic mind that makes chess grandmasters jealous.
Kehinde always cuts through the noise and sees the heart of the challenge. Years of working across brands, platforms, and industries have earned him a reputation for asking the questions that matter and spotting the solutions that everyone else missed.
Geoffrey is a curious strategist who takes time to wonder about people, brands, why some ideas work and why others don’t. He’s usually the guy to pause and ask “Why?”, making sure things actually make sense before they’re sent out. He’s not interested in simply making work look pretty or chasing fads; he likes each work to have meaning, take the right direction and be done right.
Business Strategist & Project Manager
Adewemimo doubles as a strategist and the office mischief maker. While she is carrying out accurate audience profiling and detailed market research even law enforcement cannot find, she is also stirring up enough trouble to keep the vibes light and the office laughing.
Adewemimo ensures that projects are on track, deadlines are met, and laughs are shared. She also knows everything, seriously. Deadlines, details, team jokes; she’s on top of it all, proving that you can be a pro at business strategy while still being the funniest person in the room.
Creative Director
Adedeji, aka Baba Dee, is the only person we know who can deliver a serious critique and a witty joke in the same breath. With two decades of industry wisdom under his belt, he holds the ultimate veto power on our creative output. We look up to him for guidance, inspiration, and the occasional lesson on how to age with effortless style. If the work is gold, it’s because Deji gave it the green light.
Managing Director
Tola is the rare kind of leader who manages to be completely down-to-earth while running the whole show. Since taking over the family business, she’s been steering us toward a new era of success, always knowing exactly which thought-provoking questions to ask to keep our heads in the game. She’s famous around the office for her standout fashion sense and her habit of dropping jokes just to remind us she’s one of the team. For Tola, leading isn’t about sitting in a corner office; it’s about making sure the door is always open, and the energy is always right.
